Based on the project example of Hulusu Coal Mine in Hujierte mining area, construction technology and mo- nitoring analysis on concrete strain of a first new singlelayer shaft lining was carried out in bed rock during freeze sinking. Some main technical difficulties in construction process were analyzed in detail and the concrete quality con- trol standards of shaft lining were given. In-situ measurement results reveal that concrete strain is the combined action result of freezing pressure and shaft lining temperature. The process of concrete strain can be described by 4 periods: OA period ,AB period ,BC period and CD period. At 99.6 - 149.5 days after concrete pouring, the maximum vertical compressive micro-strain reaches -190. 5 --458.0 and the maximum tangential compressive micro-strain reaches -590. 4 - -799. 1. The maximum tangential compressive micro-strain is 1.3 - 4. 2 times of vertical direction. Mean- while, the maximum tangential compressive micro-strain is not more than 25.7% of concrete ultimate compressive mi crostrain εmax Therefore, the new single-layer shaft lining of Hulusu Coal Mine is in safe status during freeze sinking.%以呼吉尔特矿区葫芦素副立井为工程实例,详细阐述了国内首个基岩冻结新型单层井壁的施工工艺和混凝土应变实测方法,对施工过程中的技术难点进行了分析,给出了井壁混凝土的质量控制指标。现场实测表明:新型单层井壁混凝土应变是冻结压力、井壁温度共同作用的结果,其变化规律可分为OA,AB,BC,CD等4个阶段;混凝土浇筑完毕后的99.6~149.5d,混凝土竖向、环向压微应变极值分别达到-190.5--458.0和-590.4--799.1;混凝土环向压微应变极值为竖向的1.3~4.2倍,且最大不超过混凝土极限压微应变估算值εmax的25.7%;凿井期葫芦素副立井单层井壁处于安钱状态.
