The present invention relates to a pseudo-dynamic test method of a downsizing model of a reinforced concrete structure using a similarity law considering a change of strain rates which applies a similarity law to a reinforced concrete structure for the purpose of a seismic performance evaluation of a reinforced concrete structure to manufacture a downsizing model experimental body, and for performing a pseudo-dynamic test for the manufactured downsizing model experimental body, uses a strain rate data measured from a gauge installed in the downsizing model experimental body in order to reflect a changed ratio of similitude for the strain rate, and performs a pseudo-dynamic test while a change based on an analysis is reflected, such that a dynamic property of an original reinforced concrete structure can be analyzed from behavior of the downsizing model experimental body with a higher accuracy. The method comprises the steps of: manufacturing (S1) a downsizing model experimental body by applying a predetermined ratio of similitude for a reinforced concrete structure to be understood a dynamic behavior; installing (S2) a strain rate gauge in the downsizing model experimental body; applying (S3) a dynamic behavior for the downsizing model experimental body; obtaining (S4) a strain rate data by measuring the strain rate; and performing (S5) a process of correcting an analyzing parameter.
