我国民生型政府构建的路径研究

摘要

我国民生型政府的构建是一项系统、复杂的社会工程。只有营造我国“以民为本”的行政文化氛围，推进以“民生为重心”的政府职能转变，推进制度改革与创新，优化我国“以民为本”的政府运行机制，民生型政府的构建才能有步骤、有计划地积极稳健地推进。%The construction of the people＇s livelihood-oriented government in China is a systemic and complicated social pro-ject, it involves the reform and innovation in many aspects such as political, administrative, economic, social, cultural. At present, we must create a ＂people-oriented＂ administrative culture and atmosphere, speed up the transformation of government functions which focus on ＂peopl＆s livelihood＂, optimize ＂people-oriented＂ government operation mechanism, only in this way can the construction of the people＇s livelihood-oriented goverment in China push forward steo by step as nlaned actively and steadily.
