负离子涤纶/棉交织面料的开发

         

摘要

Anionic polyester can emit anions and adjust the ambient air quality.By using cotton yarn as warp and anionic polyester yarn as weft yarn,the woman blouse fabric was interwoven by 28tex cotton and anionic pol-yester staple fiber.Fancy thru hole weave was adopted and plain weave was adopted as the selvage,the required tensions of the fabric were different during the weaving process,so batch warping was needed to reduce the warp breakage in the weaving process of production.The warp and weft yarns were needed to be dyed before weaving, cotton was dyed by reactive dyes and anionic polyester yarn was dyed by disperse dyes as it was not easy to be deyed.A variety of factors were summarized to design the specifications and weaving technology of woman blouse fabric,which was light and breathable.%负离子涤纶能够发射负离子,调节周围的空气质量.设计的产品是细度为28tex的棉与负离子涤纶短纤交织的女式衬衫面料,采用棉纱为经纱,负离子涤纶纱线为纬纱.采用的是花式透孔组织,布边采用的是平纹,在织造过程中两者所需的张力不同,所以需要采用分批整经,以减少生产织造过程中的经纱断头;在生产织造之前,需要对经纬纱线进行染色处理,棉纱采用活性染料进行染色,负离子涤纶纱线由于不易上色,采用分散染料进行染色.综合多种因素,设计了女式衬衫面料的规格、织造工艺等,设计的夏季女士衬衫面料拥有轻薄、透气等特征.
