把蛇床子、仙茅、苦参和菟丝子四种植物中药提取物溶液混合液分别按不同的比例与粘胶纺丝液共混后制成五种共混膜,并测试共混膜的基本性能,结果表明,五种共混膜表面形态光滑平整均匀,断裂强力和断裂伸长率随提取物溶液混合液增加而减小,膜的溶胀率随提取物溶液混合液增加而变大.通过高效液相色谱法测出制备的共混膜中含有蛇床子素和仙茅苷中药有效成份.根据各项性能测试结果,选择植物中药提取物混合液溶液与粘胶纺丝液共混最佳比例为1:25,为抗菌保健粘胶纤维的生产提供依据.%Blended solutions were made by extracts solutions from four traditional Chinese herbal medicines such as Fructus Cnidii, Curculigo rhizome, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Dodder.Five different kinds of blend membranes were made by blending the extracts blended solution with viscose spinning solution at different proportions and their basic properties were tested.The results showed that the surface morphology of the five blend membranes was smoother and even,the fracture strength and elongation at break decreased and the swelling rate of the membrane increased with the increase of blended solution.The prepared blend membrane was tested to con-tain the effective ingredient of Fructus Cnidii and Curculigo rhizome by high performance liquid chromatography. Based on the test results,the optimal ratio of extracts blended solution with the viscose spinning solution was 1:25,which provided the evidence for the production of antibacterial health viscose fiber.
