西部地方转型高校教师专业发展问题与对策研究

         

摘要

Under the circumstances of local universities' transitional development, the local universities should promote the industrial-academic-research close cooperation, break through the weakness of talents cultivation, enhance students' innovative consciousness and innovative abilities, and promote students comprehensive development, which is the higher requirements of theuniversity teachers' professional competence.Therefore it is of great urgency to develop the teachers' professional competence.After analyzing the factors which constrict the teachers' professional development, this paper puts forward some solutions to it: first is to strengthen the concept of lifelong learning and set up professional development awareness;Second is that programs development should be integrated with education;third is to set up service platform, to perfect the system of fund and policy supports, and to build up a system to ensure teachers' participation in decision-making;fourth is that the reform of faculty performance evaluation system is good for the mutual development of universities and their teachers.%在西部地方高校转型升级发展的背景下,推进产学研紧密结合,突破人才培养的薄弱环节,增强学生创新意识、创业能力,促进学生全面发展,对地方高校教师的专业能力提出了更高的要求.高校教师专业发展刻不容缓.文章从教师主观态度、社会环境、高校内人文环境分析了制约地方高校教师专业发展的主要因素,提出新建地方本科院校教师专业发展的途径:强化终身学习理念,树立专业发展意识;学科专业与教育专业有机结合;构建服务平台,完善资金政策保障体系,建立教师参与决策的机制;改革教师考核评价体系,实现高校与教师的共同发展.
