生物制氢系统评价指标体系的构建及应用

             

摘要

生物制氢研究已经进行多年,可使用的底物种类越来越多,反应器效率也不断优化,但缺少对生物制氢系统的总体评价体系。在归纳总结以往制氢反应器评价参数的基础上,通过对指标的筛选,构建一套全面的制氢系统评价指标体系。使用该指标体系对实验室生物制氢系统进行评价,评价结果显示:实验室生物制氢系统对有机物的去除能力较强,同时系统的水解酸化能力也高于其他生物制氢系统。但实验室制氢反应器中污泥大量集聚,活性差的污泥没有及时排除系统,导致污泥的平均活性较差。%Study on biological hydrogen production has been done for years,more and more types of substrate can be used,and the reactor efficiency is optimized,but the overall evaluation system of biological hydrogen production system is short of. Based on the induction summary of hydrogen production reactors and evaluation parameters,this study builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of hydrogen production system. Using the index system to evaluate laboratory biological hydrogen production system,the evaluation results show that the laboratory system has an ability of organic matter removal,at the same time,the hydrolysis acidification capacity of laboratory system is higher than other biological hydrogen production systems. A large number of sludge agglomeration in the reactor,sludge with limited activity is difficult to exclude system in time,leading to the average activity of poor sludge.
