依托党校图书寄存服务拓展干部自主学习研究

摘要

党校图书馆作为党校干部培训体系的有机组成部分,一度对党校的干部教育建设及其中心任务的完成发挥着重要作用。但是现代网络的普遍性和网上信息的即时性特点与党校图书馆管理封闭化、服务被动化和多数藏书陈旧化相叠加,严重制约着党校图书馆服务功能的发挥。依托图书寄存服务拓展干部自学,对党校图书馆建设、学习型政府建设和完善干部知识体系将产生重要推进作用。%Party school library as an organic part of the party cadres training system,played an important role in the realization of party cadre construction and its central task complement for a time.However,the features of the universality of modern network and instantaneity of online information and closure of the party school library management and passive service and overlay of old books,seriously restrict the school library service to fulfill its functions.The research of cadre autonomic learning is expanded with the help of the deposit service of party school books.This is important in the library construction of party school,the construction of learning government and improvement of cadre＇s knowledge.
