大黄水提物对雌性大鼠血清E2、LH和FSH水平的影响*

     

摘要

目的:观察长期应用大黄对雌性大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平的影响。方法:8周龄雌性Wistar大鼠90只,随机分为正常对照组,大黄水提取物1.0g/kg 和2.0g/kg 剂量组,各剂量组再分为用药30d、40d、50d和60d组,每组10只大鼠。采用ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清E2、LH和FSH的水平。结果:长期使用大黄水提物可使雌性大鼠血清E2水平降低、LH和FSH水平升高,并随给药时间的延长、给药剂量的增加,E2水平逐渐降低,LH、FSH水平逐渐升高。结论:长期使用大黄可明显影响雌性大鼠血清E2、LH和FSH的水平,且呈明显的剂量和时间依赖关系。%Objective:To observe the effects of aqueous extract from Rhubarb for long-term use on estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating (FSH) level in serum of female rats. Methods:90 8-week-old female rats were randomly divided into normal control group, Rhubarb 1.0g/kg group and Rhubarb 2.0g/kg group;and each drug group were further divided into 30d, 40d, 50d and 60d group. ELISA was used to detect the E2, LH and FSH level in serum. Results:Aqueous extract from Rhubarb could decrease E2 level, increase LH and FSH level in serum of female rats. Moreover, with the prolongation of administration time and increasing of dose, the E2 level gradually decreased, LH and FSH level gradually increased. Conclusions:Long-term use of Rhubarb can obviously affect the E2, LH and FSH level in serum of femalerats,andinsignificantdoseandtimedependent manner.
