溶解度参数在研制高性能丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料中的应用

     

摘要

In order to obtain high performance two-component acrylic polyurethane coating,a method based on molar group contribution has been proposed for estimating three solubility parameters of acrylic polymers and HDI biuret. According to the theory of solubility parameter, the suitable solvent blends are selected. In addition, the compatibility of the two components, which form the coating film, are discussed. The reason of forming "ghost image" and the basic method to get rid of it are also analyzed. In this work, the solubility parameter is considered as one of the important parameters used in the design of polymers for high performance two-component acrylic-urethane coatings. A kind of acrylic polyurethane coating with excellent performance such as good appearance and excellent physical properties etc., were manufactured based on solubility parameter theory。%本文采用基团贡献方法估算了双组份涂料中丙烯酸聚合物及固化剂HDI缩二脲的三维溶解度参数,并以此为基础选择了体系合适的溶剂;讨论了涂料成膜组份之间的相容性,分析了"雾影"的成因及消除"雾影"的方法。本实验将溶解度参数作为丙烯酸聚合物及其涂料配方设计的一项重要参数,并在此基础上制得了性能优良的丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料。
