新型波纹扁管气-气换热器壳程传热实验研究与数值模拟

         

摘要

Aimed at the characteristics of gas-to-gas heat transfer, a novel heat exchanger with the corrugated flat tubes is developed. An experimental system for researching heat transfer process between hot air with cold air is set up. In the experimental heat exchanger, the hot air flows in tube side and the cold air flows in the shell side. The Fluent 6.3 software was used to simulate heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop in the shell side. Results show that while the hot air velocity is 20 ms1 in the tube side, the cold air velocity within 15 to 25 ms1 in the shell side, the total heat transfer coefficient of heat exchanger is 81~88 Wm2K1. The numerical simulation heat transfer coefficients and the simulated pressure drops are in good agreement with correspondent experimental data. Corrugated flat tube heat exchanger has the advantages of high efficiency and compact, it is suitable for application in gas-to-gas heat transfer field.%针对气-气换热的特点,开发出了一种新型的波纹扁管换热器。构建了热空气与冷空气换热的实验系统,热空气在管程流动,冷空气在壳程流动,实验研究了波纹扁管气-气换热器的传热性能,并采用Fluent 6.3软件对壳程空气的传热与压降进行了数值模拟。结果表明,当管程空气流速为20 ms1,壳程空气流速在15~25 ms1,换热器的总传热系数为81~88 Wm2K1。壳程传热系数和壳程压降的数值模拟结果与实验值吻合良好。波纹扁管换热器具有高效紧凑的优点,适用于气-气换热领域。
