诊所式法律教育与卓越法律人才培养是契合的，是培养卓越法律人才法律技能、法律信仰和法律价值观的新理念、新模式、新方法。诊所式法律教育旨在培养学生的法律执业能力、职业伦理和法律信仰；设立法律诊所，将诊所式法律教育列入培养方案，作为实践性教学环节，安排一定的教学时数，采用校内与校外相结合、模拟与真实相结合、理论与实践相结合的模式，在校内通过课堂教学和设立的法律诊所、模拟法庭进行理论教学和模拟实训，在校外与法院、法律援助中心合作，办理真实案件；诊所式法律教育锻炼了学生的能力，加深了对理论知识的理解，培养了严谨、细致的工作态度和爱心、公益心，强化了法律信仰。%Legal education with legal clinic suits the training of outstanding legal talents. It is a new philosophy, model , and method for training outstanding legal talents with legal skills, legal belief and legal values. Legal educa⁃tion with legal clinic is aimed at improving the legal practice ability, the legal professional ethics and the legal be⁃lief of law undergraduates. Legal clinic should be established. Legal education with legal clinic should be included in the training plan as a practical teaching link and be given certain teaching hours. Its teaching mode includes combining the school teaching and the off campus teaching, simulation and reality, and theory and practice. Its the⁃ory teaching and simulation training depend on the classroom teaching, the legal clinic and the moot court. Its off campus teaching includes handling cases through cooperation with the Legal Aid Center and courts.
