环太湖区域协同创新模式研究--以嘉兴市为例

摘要

Regional synergy innovation has gradually become a new trend in science and technology innovation.In recent years,the accumulated innovational achievements gained by Taihu Lake areas,have laid a solid foundation for further comprehensive regional synergy innovation.However,some problems still exist,such as the deficiency in the innovation system,lack of vitality,a single pattern in synergy innovation,an indistinct regional core image and so on .To remove obstacles of regional synergy innovation,Taihu Lake areas should conform to the trend of re-gional economic integration,focus on activating innovative resources,improve innovative mechanisms,and create an innovative environment so as to reconstruct a synergy innovative model.With reference to the experience of A-merican,EU,Zhongguancun and other advanced regions,the path of “government,enterprises,universities,re-search institutions,financial departments,agencies,users′Architecture Innovation +regional linkage to build a core image of the innovation platform +regional cooperation with Shanghai”will be the optimal and feasible model of regional synergy innovation in Taihu Lake areas.%环太湖地区江浙两省五市几年来创新发展积累的成果，为下一步全面开展区域化的协同创新奠定了坚实的基础。但仍存在创新服务体系不全、创新活力不足、协同路径单一以及区域核心形象不突出等问题。为打破协同创新存在的区域樊篱和鸿沟，环太湖地区应顺应区域经济一体化发展趋势，重点从激活创新资源、完善创新机制、营造创新环境等方面重构创新模式。借鉴美国、欧盟、中关村等国内外先进地区的成功经验，“‘政产学研金介用’架构性创新＋区域联动共建创新平台核心形象＋接轨上海开展跨区域合作”的路径将是环太湖区域协同创新最优且可行的模式。
