不同底质和扦插方式对沉水植物恢复生长的影响

         

摘要

研究了不同底质(黑泥、黄泥、河沙)和不同扦插方式(正向扦插、反向扦插、水平放置)对轮叶黑藻和马来眼子菜顶枝断枝恢复生长的影响.结果表明:轮叶黑藻和马来眼子菜最大株高和最大相对生长速率均出现在黑泥底质下,两植物的不定根数量和根系长度最大值出现在黄泥底质下;不同底质对轮叶黑藻和马来眼子菜平均每株所再生分枝数、分枝生物量的影响从大到小为黑泥、黄土、河沙.从扦插方式对沉水植物生长繁殖看,在反向扦插条件下,马来眼子菜生长停止,黑藻生长缓慢,但促进了其不定根、分枝提前生成;在水平放置条件下,两种植物所生成的不定根数量和分枝数最多.%The effect of different sediments(black clay, loess, sand)and different cutting ways(upward cutting, downward cutting, horizontal placing)on the growth of hydrilla verticillata and potamogeton malaianus were investigated.The results showed that the greatest height and RGR of hydrilla verticillata and potamogeton malaianus occurred in the black clay;the different sediments significantly affected the number and the length of adventitious roots of two submerged macrophytes(P<0.05), which of greatest value occurred in the loess;the sediments suitable for the number and biomass of hydrilla verticillata and potamogeton malaianus were in the order of black clay, loess, sand.The different cutting ways had influents on the growth of two submerged macrophytes.Potamogeton malaianus stopped developing and hydrilla verticillata grew slowly under the reverse cuttage conditions,where the adventitious roots and clonal ramets generated in advance however.The number of adventitious roots and clonal ramets produced was most in the horizontal placing.
