All pixels of the image frame by comparison with specified 1st threshold level, after calculating the average hue value (Hue_Ave) of hue of each pixel which possesses the brightness which is smaller than 1st threshold level, it calculates the hue which corresponds to average hue value (Hue_Ave), it decides the hue which was calculated as effective color, making use of that effective color, adjusting the color of the image which is influenced by effective color, by the fact that it reconstructs the original color of the image, it improves the image search performance of the image retrieval system more.
