基于管制员负荷的扇区容量评估工具开发

     

摘要

To enable the air traffic control ( ATC) department evaluate sector capacity,a capacity as-sessment tool based on controller workload is developed on Matlab platform.In this paper, the concept of sector capacity and controller workload,the regression model and its application in the tool are introduced.A description of the tool′s hardware structure and software modules are given afterwards.Finally, the tool is used for capacity assessment of Sector No.4 in Urumchi under the circumstances where the flow splitting of both south and north side are available,and suggestions are proposed accordingly.Result shows that the as-sessment efficiency has been increased and the software can be an effective auxiliary tool.%为使空管部门能够对管制扇区容量进行自主评估,基于管制员工作负荷在Matlab平台上进行了容量评估工具的开发. 首先对扇区容量和管制员工作负荷概念、回归模型及其在本工具中的应用进行了介绍,然后对工具的硬件结构及软件模块进行了描述,最后利用该工具对南北分流均可用情况下的乌鲁木齐区域04号扇区进行容量评估并给出建议值. 结果表明,该工具提高了容量评估的效率,可以作为一种有效的辅助工具.
