The paper discusses some effective reforms and practices by a provincial demonstration center for photovoltaic technology experimental teaching in management mode,teaching implementation,teaching staff,laboratory conditions and environment,which has explored an effective way for colleges and universi-ties to construct demonstration centers for experimental teaching.%探讨了光电技术实验教学示范中心在管理模式、实验教学、师资队伍、实验室条件与环境等方面卓有成效的改革与实践，为高校在实验教学示范中心建设方面，探索出一条切实有效的发展途径。
