瓦楞纸箱结构设计尺寸压痕放缩量的一种算法

摘要

从瓦楞纸板压痕点向纸板内发生转移的原理出发，以不同楞型、不同厚度瓦楞纸包装为样品，分别对压痕点距纸板内边转移量的影响因素及FEFCO 0201纸箱结构设计尺寸压痕放缩量的计算方法进行研究，得出外尺寸、制造尺寸的计算公式，压痕外转移量的计算公式，FEFCO 0201纸箱结构设计尺寸压痕放缩量的算法。%Factors of transfer amount from indentation point to inside edge was analyzed according to the principle that the corrugated cardboard indentation point would transfer into the cardboard.Method of calcu-lating indentation scale for the structural design of corrugated carton FEFCO 0201 was studied by taking cor-rugated packaging of different shapes and thickness as samples.The research came up with calculation for-mulae for exterior dimensions,manufacturing dimensions,indentation transfer amount,and indentation scale for the structural design of corrugated carton FEFCO 0201.
