一种方便快捷的检测Ca2+的光化学传感器

A convenient and quick method for detection of Ca 2+is rarely seen in contrast to other ions. In this work, a chemical sensor 2-naphthol-1-methylene-2H-indene-1,3-dione which can facility sensitive to Ca2+ was synthesized by a condensation reaction. The probe in DMF solvent shows a yellow colour, but it changes gradually to pink with the joining of Ca2+in DMF solvent .%相较于其他离子，用方便快捷的方法检测Ca2+的探针分子报道还不是很多。文章合成了一种紫外上对Ca2+有特异性响应的探针分子2-萘酚-1-甲基烯-2H-吲哚-1,3-二酮。检测浓度下探针在DMF溶剂中为近乎无色，当体系中存在Ca2+时变为粉红色，可以方便快捷的通过裸眼实现对Ca2+的识别。
