适度高温对水培条件下蔬菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

The seed germination and growth of three kinds of hydroponics vegetables were studied under high temperatures of 25, 30, 32, 34 ℃. The results showed that Germination rates were increased when tress had moderate high temperature. At 30 ℃ the eggplant had the highest germination rate but water spinach was at 32 ℃. The moderate high temperature also enhanced the root length and seedling length, water spinach had the best reaction combined with the chlorophyll content, root activity and SOD activity, and water spinach had the highest resistance.%研究了水培条件下25,30,32,34℃4种不同温度对3种蔬菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果显示:从萌发率数据来看,各高温处理与对照组相比总体有一定程度提升,其中茄子在30℃时出现最高值,空心菜的最高值在32℃.适度高温对蔬菜的形态建成影响明显,其中空心菜对高温的响应尤其显著,表现为极大地促进茎的长高而对根的生长没有显著作用.结合叶绿素含量,根系活力和SOD活性等各生理指标结果进行综合评价,3种蔬菜在水培条件下对适度高温的耐受力柳叶空心菜最高,其次为大金条辣椒,墨玉茄子的耐受性相对较差.
