碳关税对我国外贸影响及应对措施分析

Carbon tariff is essentially a new form of trade barriers proposed by advanced western countries,which has brought great pressure to our country’s foreign trade industry.Since as the largest developing country,China’s pillar industries are still traditional high energy consumption and high carbon emission.The effect of carbon tariffs on China’s foreign trade and the possibility of carbon tariff being expropriated in China are analyzed and some measures are put forward in the paper for relieving the foreign trade pressures.%西方发达国家提出的对高耗能、高碳排放产业征收碳关税的政策将对中国经济造成显著的负面冲击，因为我国作为最大的发展中国家，支柱产业依然是传统的高耗能、高碳排放产业。从碳关税的概念特征及理论基础出发，分析了碳关税对中国外贸的影响及我国被征收碳关税的可能性，并针对西方国家的碳关税政策提出了调整国内产业结构，坚持走低碳经济、绿色贸易发展道路，合理降低外贸依存度等应对措施，有助于缓解我国面对的外贸压力。
