In this paper, we introduced the basic conception, guiding principle and basic component of biological control, and described the specific application of biological control in diseases and insect pests control of pollution-free vegetables in detail, in order to provide theoretical basis for promoting the implementation of biological control technology, ensuring the quality safety of vegetable products, and maintaining the healthy and sustainable development of pollution-free vegetable production.%介绍了生物防治的基本概念、指导原则、基本内容，详细阐述了生物防治在无公害蔬菜病虫害防控中的具体应用，为在无公害蔬菜生产中推行生物防治技术，确保蔬菜产品的质量安全，促进无公害蔬菜生产的健康持续发展提供理论基础。
