出口农产品企业订单基地模式的弊端及加权考核新模式的应用

摘要

分析了宁波慈溪地区农产品企业与原料订单基地当前合作的模式和存在的弊端，提出并分析了加权考核新模式的应用。加权考核新模式根据科学的数学计算进行考核，有利于平衡合作双方的利益，更能促进合作机制的稳定完善。%　　In the paper, we analyzed cooperation mode between agricultural products export enterprises and raw material bases and its disadvantages, and put forward the application example and key points of new weighted evaluation mode. Based on scientific mathematical calculation, the new mode was helpful to balance of the interests of both cooperation sides, and could promote the improvement and stability of cooperation mechanism better.
