主要研究了不同气候条件、不同生长期、不同栽培条件及不同药剂处理对紫叶莴苣菌核病发生的影响。研究结果表明，紫叶莴苣菌核病发生最严重时期为3～5月，由于阴雨天气多，棚内湿度大，温度较高，约在20℃，通风透光率低，易于莴苣菌核病的发生；地势低洼易积水地段，田间湿度高，发病情况也较严重。50%凯泽（啶酰菌胺）水分散粒剂1330倍液、50%卉友（咯菌腈）可湿性粉剂5300倍液、25%菌思奇（啶菌噁唑）乳油800倍液对莴苣菌核病均有较好的防效，连续防治3次，其防效在89.3%~91.9%。%This paper mainly studied the effects of different climatic conditions, growth periods, cultivation conditions and different fungicides on sclerotium disease occurrence of purple leaf lettuce. The results showed that, March to May was the most serious occurrence period of sclerotium disease, because the rainy weather appeared frequently and indoor humidity was increased, and the temperature was as high as 20℃, in addition, the ventilation and light condition was poor. Besides low-lying seeper area and high humidity were suitable for sclerotium disease occurrence. The three fungicides 50% Kaize (boscalid) water dispersible granules 1 330 times liquid, 50% Huiyou (fludioxonil) wettable powder 5 300 times liquid and 25% Junsiqi emulsifiable concentrate 800 times liquid, had higher control efficiency of 89.3% -91.9% against lettuce sclerotium disease after three times of continuous prevention.
