The two dimension (2D) grating based on polymer dispersed liquid crystal was fabricated through two-step exposure setup. the samples have clear 2D lattice structure. Experiment is using double exposure method and the exploration has studied the best exposure intensities and the best exposure time. Under the most superior condition, acquire the two-dimensional structure polymer dispersed liquid crystal diffraction grating. The experiment result indicated that the liquid crystal and the polymer of this diffraction grating assume the periodic distribution under the polarizing microscope and the atomic force microscope in the two-dimensional space, its diffraction pattern is space lattice, and the diffraction efficiency is adjusted by the electric field.%实验采用两次曝光的方法,制备具有周期性格子结构的聚合物/液晶二维光栅.通过对二次曝光法的最佳曝光光强和曝光时间探索研究,确定最优条件,制备二维结构的聚合物分散液晶光栅.实验结果表明,该光栅在偏光显微镜和原子力显微镜下液晶和聚合物在二维空间上呈周期性分布,其衍射图样为空间点阵且衍射效率可以利用电场进行调节.
