激光热度仪光学系统设计

             

摘要

Laser measurement has the advantages of high measuring accuracy, fast response, non-contact and distance measurement.It is widely used in the field of industrial, agricultural production and scientific experiment. The design of a three-channel laser optical temperature measurement system is described in this paper which consists of the laser indi-cator,the infrared receiver and the optical imaging system.The optical image rotation system adopts three channel rhom-boid system with the advantages of compact structure,light weight,small volume and so on.The optical system param-eters:pupil diameter D =16mm, focal distance f′ =35mm, angle of field 2ω=3° . The length of the three-channel rhombic prism erecting system is 90mm and the width is 30mm.The wavelength of the laser is 532nm.%激光测温具有测量精度高、响应速度快、非接触、远距离测量的特点,在工农业生产、科学实验等领域得到了广泛应用。本文设计了一种三通道激光测温光学系统,系统由激光指示、红外接收和成像光学系统三部分组成,光学转像系统采用三通道斜方棱镜系统具有结构紧凑、重量轻、体积小等优点。光学系统参数为:成像系统入瞳直径D=16mm,焦距f′=35mm,视场角2ω=3°;三通道斜方棱镜转像系统长90mm,宽30mm;激光器工作波段532nm。
