不同波长单色光对绿豆幼苗生长发育的影响

         

摘要

The growth and development of mung bean seedlings were studied under the different wavelength monochro-mic lights. The results show that the leaves of mung seedlings under monochromic lights grow more slowly, and the weight of leaves is lower than that under natural light, indicating that monochromic lights is not conducive to organic matter’ s accumulation comparing with normal light. On the other hand, the three different wavelength monochromic lights have different effects on the growth of mung bean seedlings. Green light easily leads to the excessive growth of stems;and blue light inhibits the growth of stems and leaves;but red light’ s photosynthetic efficiency and products are much larger than blue light and red light is favorable to organic matter’ s accumulation. Therefore, red light is more important monochromic light for the growth of mung bean seedlings, and red hight as supplyment is recommend at the initial stage of growing seedlings.%  研究了在不同波长单色光照射条件下绿豆幼苗的生长发育情况。实验结果表明单色光处理下绿豆幼苗的叶片生长比较缓慢,叶重也低于正常光照,说明单色光不利于有机物的积累。另一方面,三种不同波长的单色光对绿豆幼苗的发育也有着不同的影响:绿光容易造成植物徒长;蓝光对幼苗的生长有矮化作用,对叶片的生长有较强的抑制效应,并不利于绿豆幼苗的发育;而红光的光合速率和光合产物要比蓝光大得多,比较有利于有机物的积累。因此,红光是对绿豆幼苗生长发育比较重要的单色光,可在育苗初期适当以红光照射作为补充。
