885nmLD泵浦Nd:CNGG腔内倍频665nm激光器研究

         

摘要

论述了885nmLD端面泵浦Nd:CNGG/Cr4+:YAG键合晶体、采用被动调Q方式,产生1329nm激光,其对应的能级跃迁为4F3-4I13/2。当泵浦功率为19W时,获得了4.9W的1329nm激光输出,斜效率为36.2%。然后通过非线性晶体LBO进行腔内倍频,得到了822mW的665nm红光输出,光-光转换率为4.7%。%Here reported an efficient laser is emitted the 1329nm 4F3/2 to 4I13/2 transition in Nd:CNGG/Cr:YAG bind-ing crystal through passive Q-switch under the diode laser pump at 885nm. 4.9W output power at 1329nm is obtained under incident pump power of 19W. The slope efficiency with respect to the incident pump power was 36.2%. More-over,intracavity frequency doubling with LiB3O5 (LBO) nonlinear crystal yielded 822mW red light at 665nm. An con-version efficiency at the incident pump power is 4.7%.
