夏克-哈特曼波前传感器光斑质心探测方法比较与分析

     

摘要

夏克-哈特曼(简称哈特曼)波前传感器被广泛应用于光学测量、激光大气传输、医学等领域。由于哈特曼波前传感器是根据光斑质心的偏移量来重构畸变波前,因此,哈特曼阵列光斑质心的探测精度直接影响了波前重构的精度。本文从哈特曼波前传感器的测量原理着手,对几种阈值法质心探测技术及窗口法质心探测技术进行了比较和分析,得到了质心计算误差均在0.1pixel左右,可在实际不同应用时选择不同的质心探测方法。%Shack-Hartmann wave-front sensor is widely used in optical measurements, laser atmospheric transmission and medical fields. Because the reconstructed wave-front aberrations is based on deviation of spot centroid,the accura-cy of reconstructed wave-front is directly dependent on the accuracy of detecting centroid. The theory of Hartmann wave-front sensor was discussed and the techniques of threshold method and window method detecting centroid were emphatically compared and analyzed in this paper. The centroid detection error of both of the two methods is approxi-mately 0.1pixel. The centroid detection method can be selected according to different applications.
