智能矩阵式光电编码器速度加速度测量方法研究

         

摘要

针对智能型矩阵式绝对光电轴角编码器,以MCS51单片机(STC89C52)为核心单片机,设计了一种编码器速度、加速度测量仪。根据智能矩阵式光电编码器的输出要求,采用双485通信结构,解决了远距离传输问题的同时,实现了全双工工作状态。通过实时采集并处理编码器输出数据,实现其速度、加速度实时准确快速测量。最后经多次实验证明,设计的测量仪器运行准确、快速,能够应用于实际测量中。%In this paper, a speed and acceleration measuring instrument of the Intelligent matrix absolute photoelectric shaft encoder is developed, which a MCS51 single chip microcomputer (STC89C52) is used as the core monolithic. According to the output requirements of the intelligent photoelectric encoder, by using the Double 485 communication structure, not only the problem of long-distance transmission is solved, but also the full duplex working condition is realized. By real-time collecting and processing the encoder output data,the fast speed real-time measurement of speed and acceleration is made to come true. Experiments show that the developed measuring instrument runs accurately and fast,and it can be applied to practical measurement.
