基于ANSYS的桌面多功能演示机床主轴箱模态分析

         

摘要

A model of multi-functional desktop machine for teaching demonstration was built by solidworks software, the 3D modeling design for key part of headstock had been applied according to the using function and the 3D model-ing had been import into the Workbench of ANSYS software for modal analysis,then the natural frequencies and mode of vibration of the spindle box were determined. By analyzing the obtained data,it shows that the mode shapes of the spindle box are within a reasonable range, the structure meets the mechanical design requirements through the practice test,and it provides the basis and reference for optimization design of the Demo machine spindle box.%利用SolidWorks建立了一种用于教学演示的桌面多功能组合式机床的三维模型,按照演示机床使用功能对关键部件主轴箱进行三维建模设计,并将三维模型导入ANSYS Workbench中进行模态分析,确定了主轴箱的固有频率和振型,通过数据分析可知主轴箱的各阶振型在合理的范围内,通过实践检验,其结构符合机械设计要求,为演示机床主轴箱的优化设计提供了依据和参考。
