微弱激光能量监测系统的研究

         

摘要

The paper designs a laser energy detection system based on photoelectric method. The system uses a PIN photodiode to detect laser energy. Some operational amplifiers composed of signal conditioning module in system. The system also uses high-speed A/D converter to complete data collection and MCU to process data. The experimental re-sults show that the energy level in the μJ,the system of inaccuracy is 5%. And the test laser spectral range is wide, can achieve visible light to near infrared wavelengths. The program achieves an accurate measurement of weak laser energy.%设计了一种基于光电法的微弱激光能量检测系统.采用PIN光电二极管作为能量检测系统的探头,利用多级运算放大电路完成了信号的I/V变换、放大和保持,并通过数模转换器和微处理器采集、处理和输出数据.实验结果表明,测量能量在微焦级时,系统的不准确度为5%.该方案实现了微弱激光能量的准确测量.
