基于莫尔条纹误差信号的多编码器故障诊断遥测系统

         

摘要

在测量系统应用多个编码器的工作背景下,针对光电轴角编码器在实际应用过程中发生的任何微小故障和错码问题,从莫尔条纹光电信号数据处理角度,研制了快速且准确的编码器故障分析系统.设计了以ARM为核心处理器,采用高速串行A/D模数转换器的硬件采集卡;同时设计了AD7420温度传感器测量电路;采用Zigbee无线通信协议方式将采集的各个温度情况下编码器单元的莫尔条纹误差信号的离散数据通过无线传输至中继计算机,最后经数据处理后传输到总控计算机;基于误差信号辨识方法,将误差信号质量指标、故障类型在上位机界面上显示,通过人机交互界面,可利用误差信号质量诊断误码状态以及各个分立编码器单元的工作状态,为测量系统的故障预测及遥测诊断奠定了硬、软件基础.%Multiple encoders are applied in the measurement system. In order to solve any minor faults and errors in the practical application of the photoelectric shaft encoder,a fast and accurate encoder fault analysis system is studied from the angle of Moire fringe photoelectric signal data processing. A hardware acquisition card with ARM as the core processor and a high-speed serial A/D analog-to-digital converter is designed,at the same time,AD7420 temperature sensor measuring circuit is designed. The discrete data of the Moire fringe error signal of the ecoder unit in different temperature is transferred to relay computers and then the data is processed and transmitted to the master computer. Based on the method of error signal identification,the error signal quality index and the fault type are displayed on the upper computer interface. Through the man-machine interface,the error signal quality can be used to diagnose the er-ror code status and the working state of each discrete encoder unit. The hardware and software foundation for the fault prediction and telemetry diagnosis of the measurement system is established.
