星载激光通信端机形状记忆合金锁紧机构研究

     

摘要

针对火工品锁紧装置爆炸冲击大、燃气释放多和国外常用记忆合金锁紧机构不可重复使用的问题,以星地激光通信任务为背景,提出了一种利用锁紧体材料本身弹性变形特性和形状记忆合金记忆效应的锁紧机构.首先对锁紧机构进行设计;根据设计方法流程确定锁紧机构的各项参数;为了验证锁紧机构对整个系统刚度的提升对星载激光通信端机进行了刚度分析,并建立有限元模型,分析在非锁紧和锁紧状态下星载激光通信端机X、Y、Z三个方向上的模态,未锁紧发射方向上的模态为57.414Hz,锁紧后发射方向上的模态为84.35Hz,平台要求发射方向上模态大于70Hz,锁紧机构提高了星载激光通信端机的刚性,使结构满足发射要求.%As the background of project that laser communication between satellite and ground. Contraposed the initiat-ing explosive devices'problems such as the locking devices were easy to be loosened when under explosion shock,the gas released more commonly when under combustion and the nut which used to be away from the memory alloy lock-ing mechanism that was mentioned by foreign country commonly of the recycling and repeating issue. Therefore,this paper designed a kind of locking mechanism which works with lock-body material whose elastic deformation characteris-tics and the memory shape effect of memory alloy. First of all,this paper designed a locking mechanism,based on process of the design method determine the various parameters of it,In order to verify the rigidity of the locking mech-anism on the whole system,the stiffness analysis of the space-borne laser communication terminal,and established finite element analysis of the model in the lock and unlock mode space-borne laser communication terminal on the three directions of modal,the modal when unlock of the emission direction was 57.414Hz,after locking the modal emission direction turned to 84.35Hz,platform for modal emission direction was greater than 70Hz,The locking mecha-nism improves the mode of the space-borne laser communication terminal,and the improved machine mode satisfies the transmission requirements.
