光幕靶弹着点坐标测量方法

         

摘要

In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the laser spot curtain on the impact point,a new method of measuring the impact point is proposed. The system is a double-side emission-receiving light curtain composed of a fan laser and a photodiode array with a divergence angle of 10°. High-speed flying bullets in the moment of light cur-tain will block the light emitted by the laser,so that the corresponding photodiode received signal changes accordingly, bomb point coordinates can be obtained through the analysis of the signal changes. Compared with the traditional one-side transmit-receive measurement method,the error caused by the arrangement interval of the photodiodes can be effectively reduced,and the measurement accuracy can be improved. The working principle of the system and the calcu-lation method of projectile coordinates are given in this paper. The shooting experiment of projectile with diameter of 7.62mm is carried out. The results show that this method can significantly improve the accuracy of projectile coordinate measurement.%为了提高激光光幕靶对弹着点的测量精度,提出了一种弹着点测量的新方法,该系统是由发散角为10°的扇形激光器和光电二极管阵列组成的双侧发射——接收光幕.高速飞行的子弹在穿过光幕的瞬间会遮挡激光器发出的光,使对应的光电二极管接收到的信号产生相应变化,通过分析产生变化的信号就可求得弹着点的坐标.与传统的单侧发射——接收测量方式相比,可有效减少由光电二极管排列间隔带来的误差,提高测量精度.给出了系统工作原理及弹丸坐标的计算方法,并进行了弹丸直径为7.62mm的射击实验,结果表明该方法可显著提高弹丸坐标的测量精度.
