坦克瞄准精度测量系统设计与精度分析

         

摘要

针对坦克火控系统的瞄准精度的检校需求,设计了一套坦克瞄准线与坦克火炮轴线之间平行度误差的测量装置[1].采用准直激光光束模拟坦克瞄准线和火炮轴线,利用CCD摄像系统结合MATLAB图像处理技术对靶面图像进行采集,进而对激光光斑质心进行提取.根据两次测量所得到的质心位置坐标间距之差,计算出两轴线在水平方向和铅垂方向上的位置偏移量,实现对坦克火控系统瞄准误差的检测.结果表明,该系统的测量精度小于0.07mil,满足实际检测的需要.%In order to calibrate the aiming accuracy of tank fire control system,a set of measurement system was de-signed to measure the parallelism error between the sighting axis and the artillery axis. The laser beam is used to simu-late the sighting axis and the artillery axis. The CCD camera and the MATLAB digital image processing technology are used to capture the image and extract the centroid of the spots. Based on the position coordinates of centroid,on the vertical direction and horizontal direction,the offset of the position of the two axes is calculated,Finished the colli-mation error of the tank fire control system. The results show that the measurement accuracy is 0.07 mil and meet the practical needs.
