陶汉华脉诊学术思想研究

The way of pulse diagnosis has profound implications.Professor Tao Hanhua is deeply in uenced by Zhongjing pulse method, and the syndrome di erentiation is quite distinctive.Professor Tao stressed that the objective understanding of the pulse value.He believed that the purpose of pulse diagnosis was to distinguishyin and yang, qi and blood of zang viscera.In pulse diagnosis, he not only delineated the pulse position carefully, but also emphasized the whole pulse condition.He stressed the overall grasp of the"obvious pulse"and synthetical analysis of pulse and syndrome.He analyzed comprehensively under the factors of pulse potential, pulse body, pulse position and other elements, used Fuyang pulse and Shaoyin pulse as ways of diagnosis.It is an important link to combine diagnosis and treatment with pulse, pulse syndrome, pulse diagnosis and dialectical use, which is the core content of Professor Tao Hanhua's thought of pulse diagnosis.%脉诊之道,意蕴深刻.陶汉华教授受仲景脉法影响深刻,临证取脉辨证颇具特色.陶教授强调客观认识脉诊价值,认为分辨脏腑阴阳气血是脉诊的目的,在脉诊上既细致划分脉位,又强调整体脉象,把握"明显脉象",脉证合参,在脉势、脉体、脉位等要素下,综合分析,重视趺阳脉、少阴脉.凭脉用方是将诊断与治疗结合的重要环节,脉证合参,重视脉诊,辨证用方,是陶师脉诊学术思想的核心内容.
