objective Using SSDMC methods to simultaneous determination of five major components in Cortex Mou-tan Radicis,providing method to control the quality of medicinal materials of Cortex Moutan Radicis. Methods The use of UHPLC technique to establish the method for multiple contents determination of Cortex Moutan Radicis,ob-tained UHPLC chromatogram and the related data. Using SSDMC Methods to quantitative analysis of five index com-ponents of Cortex Moutan Radicis. Result Established the method for determination of Cortex Moutan Radicis could be simultaneous quantitative analysis five index components in 13 minutes. The SSDMC method only needs one stand-ard reference to quantitative analysis. Methodological study demonstrated that SSDMC method was met with the tradi-tional Chinese medicine quality standards. Conclusion This study established the UHPLC content determination method to control the quality of Cortex Moutan Radicis,which is simple,rapid,stable and low cost.%目的:建立一测多评法同步测定丹参中迷迭香酸、紫草酸、丹酚酸 B、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ及丹参酮ⅡA 的含量,为控制丹参药材的质量提供依据。方法用超高效液相色谱法对丹参药材进行分析,计算其中1个脂溶性成分“丹参酮 IIA”,通过建立该成分与其他成分的校正因子,同时计算3个脂溶性与3个水溶性成分的含量。结果建立的对丹参药材的含量测定方法快速有效,且使用一测多评方法仅需要1个成分的标准品,即可进行定量分析。结论本研究建立了牡丹皮药材的 UHPLC 含量测定方法,从含量测定方面控制牡丹皮药材的质量。本研究建立的牡丹皮含量测定方法简单、快速、稳定且成本低廉。
