韩延华教授治疗肾虚型胎动不安

摘要

Professor HAN Yanhua have abundant experiences in clinical practice,that the cause of fetal irritability is multiple,but kidney-deficiency type is the most important part,and kidney is the congenital foundation,stores the spirit,controlling the reproduction,have a major impact for the woman to gave birth to the offspring. Incorporated here-in the ancient physiciansˊword,summarized the experience of Professor HAN Yanhua in the treatment of disturbed fetal movement from the perspective of the kidney-deficiency,use the method of reinforcing kidney to replenish yin as prin-ciple of medication.%韩延华教授认为，胎动不安的原因不外乎房事不节，情志不调，屡孕屡堕，跌仆损伤以致气虚、血虚、血瘀，肾虚等，但以肾虚为要。肾为先天之本，藏精血，主生殖，与冲任二脉有不可忽视的联系，对女子孕育后代有重要影响。临证秉承古训，强调＂治病与安胎共举＂，防止疾病的传变，辨证施治，灵活加减。常用加味补肾安胎饮。
