目的：观察小针刀术治疗寰枕筋膜挛缩型颈椎病的疗效及护理。方法将76例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，各38例，对照组予针灸按摩疗法，治疗组给予小针刀手术，并在术前、术中、术后行全方位护理，保证针刀手术的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率94.7%，对照组84.2%（P ＜0.05）。结论小针刀术配合有效护理治疗寰枕筋膜挛缩型颈椎病，能有效促进术后恢复，提高针刀手术的疗效及预后。%Objective To observe the small needle atlas pillow fascia contracture sabreplay treatment curative effect and nursing of cervical vertebrasickness. Methods The 76 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,all the 38 cases,control group acupuncture and massage therapy,observation group was given small needle knife surgery,and in preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative comprehensive nursing,ensure the safety of needle knife surgery. Results Observation group total effectiveness 94. 7% ,control group 84. 2%( P <0. 05). Conclusion Small needle sabreplay with effective nursing treatment atlas pillow fascia contracture type cervi-cal spondylosis,can effectively promote the postoperative recovery,to improve the curative effect and prognosis of nee-dle knife surgery.
