宣痹汤对胶原性关节炎模型小鼠抗炎镇痛作用

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuanbi Decoction on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in mice. Methods The 150 mice were randomly divided into five groups,model group,western medicine control group,Xuanbi Decoction high,medium and low dose group,30 rats in each group. The analgesic effect of Xuanbi De-coction was observed by mice acetic acid twisting test,and the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Xuanbi Decoctionwas observed by mice ear edema which was caused by dimethylbenzene. Through the establishment of collagen induced ar-thritis model,to observe the effect of Xuanbi Decoction of arthritis model mouse foot swelling effect. Results Xuanbi Decoction high,medium and low dose group can reduce the frequency of acetic acid twisting,compared with the con-trol group,the difference is significant(P﹤0. 05). Xuanbi Decoction can ease the extent in mice ear edema. Xuanbi Decoction high,medium and low dose group can ease the collagen of joint inflammation in mice hind paw edema,com-pared with the model group,the difference is significant(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion Xuanbi Decoction has a better therapeutic effect on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.%目的：探讨宣痹汤对胶原性关节炎模型小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用。方法取150只小鼠，随机分成5组，模型组、西药对照组、宣痹汤高、中、低剂量组，每组30只。采用小鼠醋酸扭体实验观察宣痹汤止痛作用，采用二甲苯致耳肿胀实验观察宣痹汤抗炎机制。通过建立胶原性关节炎模型，观察宣痹汤对关节炎模型小鼠足肿胀影响。结果宣痹汤高、中、低剂量组均能降低醋酸扭体次数，与对照组比较有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05），宣痹汤可缓解耳肿胀程度，宣痹汤高、中、低剂量组均能缓解胶原性关节炎小鼠足肿胀程度，与模型组比较有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论宣痹汤方具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用。
