Objective To Investigate the treatment for sympathetic cervical disease with minimally invasive ablation. Methods 15 patients diagnosed with sympathetic cervical disease received the treatment of ablation. The symptom of dizzy,heart pulpitation,eyesight blur,neck shoulder pain and limb numb were scored respectively and the improvement rate were calculated. Result The good fine rate for every single symptom were 86.7%(dizzy)、91.6%(heart pulpitation)、83.3%(eyesight blur),60%(neck shoulder pain)and 50%(limb numb),and the gross imorovement rate was 77. 5%. Conclusion Minimally inuossive ablation is an effective method for treatment of sympathetic cervical disease.%目的 探讨微创射频消融技术治疗交感型颈椎病的方法.方法 15例被诊断为交感型颈椎病的患者,接受微创射频消融治疗.根据头晕、心慌胸闷、视力模糊、颈肩痛、肢体麻木等单个症状进行评分,计算单个症状改善率和整体症状改善率.结果 单个症状改善率依次为86.7％、91.6％、83.3％、60％和50％,整体症状改善率为77.5％.结论 射频消融技术是治疗交感型颈椎病的有效方法.
