非手术治疗少儿腰椎间盘突出症6例随访8年报告

摘要

目的 探讨儿童腰椎间盘突出症临床特征、治疗方法 及恢复愈后.方法 6例均经骨盆牵引、手法推拿、活血化瘀类及营养神经类药物应用等正规保守治疗,其中1例采用单肢牵引下腰椎旁局部封闭定点大斜扳方法 治疗.结果 6例经保守治疗,疗效优良,并全部经8年随访,1例早期复发,余5例未见复发.结论 外伤是儿童腰椎间盘突出症的主要病因；症状与体征不相平行是主要临床特点；正规的保守治疗是有效的治疗方法.%Objective To study the clinical features,therapeutic methods and recoveries of children with lumbar mtervertebral disc protrusion. Methods All the patients were treated with pelvic tractions, manipulation ,activating blood circulations to dissipate blood stasis and trophic nerve. Results The effects of nonoperative therapy for children with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were good,5 patients were cured,and only 1 patient relapsed. Conclusion Injury is the main cause of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion for children,un-parallel of symptoms and signs is its main clinical characteristic,and nonoperative therapy is effective therapy for it.
