基于数据挖掘的治疗心房颤动方用药规律分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the medication rules of formulas in treating atrial fibrillation by data mining. Methods:The formulas in treating atrial fibrillation from modern clinical literatures were selected.The data were analyzed by frequency statistics and association rules to find out the medication rules. Results:Total 119 compound herbal formulas were studied. Total 34 frequently used herbs ,20 frequently used herb-pairs and 24 frequently used herb-groups were found. Prepared liquoric root,radix ophiopogonis,the root of red-rooted salvia,schisandra chinensis,astragalus membranaceus and angelica sinenisis were the top frequently-used herbs. Radix ophiopogonis-schisandra chinensis,OsDraconis-concha ostreae,Fry zizyphus jujube benevolence-semen boitae,Ligusticum wallichii-Carthamus tinctorius,radix ophiopogonis-schisandra chinensis-the root of red-rooted salvia-prepared liquoric root were the top frequently-used herb-pairs and herb-groups. Radix sophorae flavescentis-corydalis tuber-rhizoma nardostachyos were the frequently-used antiarrhythmic herbs. Conclusion:Benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin,tranquilizing the mind,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and using special antiarrhythmic herbs were the common medication rules for treating atrial fibrillation.%目的：探索治疗心房颤动中药复方的用药规律。方法：筛选临床研究文献中治疗心房颤动的中药复方，应用频数分析和关联规则算法，对中药复方进行数据挖掘，探讨其核心药物及配伍规律。结果：共筛选中药复方119首，核心药物34味，药对配伍规则20条，药组配伍规则24条，其中炙甘草、麦冬、丹参、五味子、黄芪、当归等为常用核心药物，麦冬-五味子、龙骨-牡蛎、炒酸枣仁-柏子仁、川芎-红花、麦冬-五味子-丹参-炙甘草等为常用配伍组合，苦参、延胡索、甘松为常用抗心律失常中药。结论：益气养阴、安神定志、活血化瘀和专病专药为治疗心房颤动的基本用药规律。
