基于热力学有限元分析的陶瓷汤锅结构设计

     

摘要

The ifnite element method was applied to the thermodynamic analysis of a ceramic stockpot in order to prevent the occurrence of breakage and burst. Pro/E was used to establish the three-dimensional solid model of the ceramic stockpot. Based on ANSYS, the structural analysis of the ceramic stockpot was done via ifnite element method under the temperature load of 400°C. The distribution of the temperature ifeld and thermal stress was achieved. The results indicated that thermal stress accumulates when the ceramic stockpot is being heated, which leads to the breakage and burst of the stockpot. The analysis of the model showed the accumulating parts of thermal stress are the transitional area between the bottom and the side wall, the neck, and the rim of the open top. A proper structural design can reduce thermal stress accumulation and prevent the occurrence of breakage and burst of the ceramic stockpot.%为避免陶瓷汤锅受热工作过程中破损、炸裂的发生,对其进行有限元分析。利用Pro/E进行锅体的三维实体模型建立,在400℃温度载荷条件下,基于ANSYS软件进行结构有限元分析,得到温度场和热应力的分布。结果表明,陶瓷汤锅受热时发生热应力聚集的现象,从而引起其破损、炸裂的发生。陶瓷汤锅受热过程中热应力聚集部位出现在锅体与底部过渡处、锅体颈部及牙口部位。通过合理的结构设计,可以有效减少热应力集中,避免其破损和炸裂的发生。
