蜂窝状碳化硅陶瓷载体的制备研究

     

摘要

碳化硅蜂窝陶瓷由于其高耐磨、高耐腐蚀、高导热系数、热稳定性好、吸波性能好等特点,在作为催化剂载体方面具有很好的研究价值.本文采用挤出成型技术,通过碳化硅粉体不同粒径颗粒的级配,烧结助剂含量,造孔剂等的系列研究,制备出高强度高空隙率的多孔碳化硅蜂窝陶瓷,分析了多孔蜂窝碳化硅陶瓷的力学性能、显微结构及孔结构特性.研究结果表明:选用颗粒粒径d50=43 μm和d50=3.8 μm的碳化硅粉体为原料,当大小粒径的粉体质量为85:15,烧结助剂为12%,可以制备出蜂窝陶瓷孔隙率和抗压强度(轴向)分别为27.27%和36.47 MPa的多孔碳化硅蜂窝载体材料.为多孔碳化硅蜂窝陶瓷载体的应用奠定了基础.%Because of its high abrasion resistance, high corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, good thermal stability and good microwave absorbing properties, SiC ceramic honeycomb has a good research value as a catalyst carrier. In this paper, the porous silicon carbide honeycomb ceramics with high strength and high porosity were prepared by extrusion molding technology through series of research on different particle size distribution, sintering additive content and pore forming agent. And the mechanical properties, microstructure and pore structure of porous honeycomb silicon carbide ceramics were analyzed. The results show that with the silicon carbide powders d50=43 μm and d50=3.8 μm, the mass ratio is 85:15, the sintering assistant is 12%, the porous silicon carbide honeycomb carrier material with the porosity and compressive strength (axial) were 27.27% and 36.47 MPa, was obtained. It laid the foundation for the application of porous silicon carbide honeycomb ceramic carrier.
