红色陶瓷颜料的研究进展

摘要

本文对红色陶瓷颜料按照发色的主要元素分类进行了综述,讨论了近年来的新型红色陶瓷颜料特别是环保无毒的稀土类红色陶瓷原料的研究进展,并对红色陶瓷颜料的研究进行展望.以稀土元素为主要发色元素的高温红色颜料如Ce1-xPrxO2、YAl1-xCrxO3、(Bi1-xREx)2O3、Y2-xTbxZr2-yFeyO7-δ等是今后的发展方向.在应用方面,通过优化制备工艺、多种制备方法相结合、开发新体系等途径制备更具有更低成本、更好化学稳定性、晶粒细小、发色稳定的颜料满足喷墨打印颜料等是今后产业化的目标.%Traditional red ceramic pigments were classified according to the main color elements, the research progress of new ceramic red pigments developed in recent years was discussed, especially that of environment-friendly and non-toxic rare earth red ceramic pigments. Finally the research prospects of red ceramic pigments were explored. High temperature red ceramic pigments with rare earth elements such as Ce1-xPrxO2, YAl1-xCrxO3, (Bi1-xREx)2O3, Y2-xTbxZr2-yFeyO7-δ, etc. as the main colorants were the future development direction. Preparation of lower cost, better chemical stability, fine grain size, and stable color pigments by optimization of preparation technology, combination of various preparation methods and development of new preparation systems tend to be the target of industrialization in the future..
