SbOCl阻燃剂的酸法合成

     

摘要

SbOCl是一种性能优良的无机锑系阻燃剂.作者以湿法锑白工艺中的中间产物Sb4O5CL2为原料在盐酸体系中合成了SbOCl阻燃剂.当ρ(Sb3+)≥330 g·L-1,c(H+)≥9.70 mol·L-1,t为100~110℃时,可制备出纯度和白度都很高的微细SbOCl阻燃剂,收率达70%~80%.产物为单斜晶型,平均粒径为10.30μm,颗粒形貌为立方体.氧指数测试结果表明,其阻燃协效性能优于超细Sb2O3,且制品的透明度高,添加到彩色PVC中的色料用量少.本工艺中反应液可循环使用,基本无锑损失,无废液排放,成本比其它生产方法的低,合成工艺简单,具有一定的工业应用价值%The antimony oxychloride SbOC1 is a kind of high efficient flame retardant. In this paper, SbOCl is synthe-sized from Sb4 O5 C12, the semifinished product of Sb2 O3 hydrometallurgic process, in a concentration hydrochloric acid so- lution when ρ(Sb3+ )≥330 g·L-1 ,c(H+ )≥9.70 mol·L-1, 100 ~ 110 ℃. The product is very pure with high whitedegree. The yield is 70% ~ 80%. The structure and figuration of the product are characterized by XRD and SEM. Theproduct is a kind of monoclinic crystal with 10.30 μm average granularity and cubic figure. The synergetic retardant ef-fect with halogen of the product is superior to ultra-fine Sb2 O3.The synthetical process is simple with no antimony losing,no wast water letting, and with lower producing cost than the other present processes
