XSC-700树脂对盐湖卤水中硼的吸附

         

摘要

The behavior of the boron adsorption by chelating resin XSC-700 from salt lake brine in Xinjiang Province with finite solution volume method was investigated. The quantum of adsorption under different conditions was determined. The effects of some factors, such as stirring velocity, dilution ratio, temperature, pH, acidity, the quantum of resin etc, to adsorb and elute were studied. The results show that the resin exhibits high absorbability towards boron in salt lake brine, and performs excellent effect on elution. When the dilution ratio is 15%, the breakthrough cure becomes sharper with the increase of the temperature, but the equilibrium adsorption capacity remains basically unchanged and the effect of stirring velocity and pH can be neglected. Boron elution in hydrochloric acid performs well, and is controlled by acidity and volume of hydrochloric acid. The ratio of boron elution can be up to 92.6% when the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 0.5 mol/L and the ratio of volume of hydrochloric acid to quantum of resin is 8∶1 (mL∶g).%以新疆某盐湖卤水为原料,采用有限浴法研究XSC-700螯合树脂对硼的吸附性能,测定树脂在不同条件下的吸附量。考察搅拌速率、稀释量、温度、pH、酸度、树脂量等因素对吸附、洗脱的影响。研究结果表明:该树脂在盐湖卤水中对硼有较强的吸附能力,且洗脱性能良好;在稀释量为15%时,吸附曲线随温度升高而变陡,但平衡吸附量基本不变,吸附量受搅拌速率、pH影响较小。硼的洗脱性能良好,选用浓度为0.5 mol/L的盐酸为洗脱剂,控制洗脱剂与树脂量比为8:1(mL:g)时洗脱,洗脱率达到92.6%。
