细粒软锰矿磁-疏水联合聚团研究

         

摘要

为了研究细粒软锰矿在磁场中的聚团行为,采用在磁场中浮选细粒软锰矿的方法,研究细粒软锰矿的磁-疏水聚团.EDLVO理论计算结果表明:经捕收剂作用的软锰矿,颗粒间的疏水引力较小且为短程力,难以有效克服长程的静电排斥力,聚集困难;外加磁场后,软锰矿颗粒之间磁性引力的力程较疏水力长并随颗粒之间距离减小而急剧增加,它与疏水力联合,有利于颗粒间的团聚.显微镜观察和粒度测试表明:与单一疏水聚团的颗粒相比,磁-疏水联合聚团表观粒度大,比表面积小.磁场对于细粒软锰矿的回收及其与脉石的分离有利,磁化-浮选人工混合矿,在品位稍微提高的基础上,MnO2回收率提高23%.%To research the agglomeration behavior of fine pyrolusite in magnetic field, the magnetic- hydrophobic agglomeration was studied using the fine pyrolusite flotation in magnetic field. According to the calculation of the EDLVO theory, it is hard to agglomerate, because the value of hydrophobic energy is too small and its role-distance is too short to overcome electrostatic energy which can affect a long distance. The role-distance of magnetic energy is longer than that of hydrophobic energy. As the distance decreases, the value of magnetic energy increases dramatically. Magnetic particles and the hydrophobic force together are conducive to the agglomeration. Microscopy and particle size tests results show that the apparent size of magnetic-hydrophobic agglomeration is bigger than that of single hydrophobic agglomeration and the specific surface area of magnetic-hydrophobic agglomeration is smaller than that of single hydrophobic agglomeration. Better flotation index than that of conventional flotation is obtained by using sodium oleate as collector after being magnetized. On the basis of the yield is increased slightly, MnO2 recovery is increased by 23%.
